#******Nov 13, 2022paidfulfilled$ ****** I am a long term customer, and they wont do anything to help I am a long term customer. Package did not arrive.I understand with all the postal strikes that this is a very difficult time for businesses. However the customer service for this company is indifferent and practically non-existant. They just dont care once theyve got your money. They told me to contact 'my local post office' which is hilarious. Ive lost a huge amount of money ( 300 pounds) and they dont even want to try to help. I will never use this company again and tell me friends to do the same. *** tried to contact **** off my my own back and you have to speak the tracking number and the computer continues to get my tracking number wrong. All in all , I am the customer and I feel like I have been made to be in the wrong. *************, SHOCKING customer service , once they have your money they wont care in the slightest. My order was lost somehow in transit. They are ignoring my request to either find the package or refund the order. I contacted the **** and they also have no way for me to get information about the package. At this point I don't even want the items. I'm disappointed with the lack of customer service and the fact that I'm having to beg for anyone to help me.Initial Complaint

I made two online purchases. One item has not been delivered and it was supposed to be here on the 7th of March. I am only able to send the company an email or a social media message to ask for help. No one from the company is responding to my emails or social media messages. There is no phone number for customer service help. Any number I did find online was out of service or no ability to leave a message on the number. I dont even know if the numbers were actually for that company. Now I dont even know if Ill get the second item I ordered since the company is not communicating.
