On June 9, I purchased shoes from UP. They were too big so I returned them, unused. **** tracking says they were delivered on 6/25. I have sent three emails with no reply for the return ($145.80). Today I tried to call and there is no answer and no way to leave a message. The phone # on their ******** page is disconnected. I see that multiple other customer reviews have indicated the same issue with this company. They were active on ******** two days ago, so they're still going, seemingly. Truly sorry missed your call and best tool in communicating with UP is via e-mail (unfortunate looks in this case, if there were e-mail communication with your claim somehow none were found and UP truly sorry this may be caused due to system failure), since the place you have called is a factory, loud machinery, and work at production line during daytime. Due to still difficult times UP is short-staffed hope for your understanding.
Please received UP apologies for delay. UP has processed your refund $145.80 for order #*****, please refer to attached copy of separate e-mail refund receipt to your attention.

I ordered and returned two pairs of climbing shoes, complete with a return form. Undamaged, never worn, (I couldnt fit them on my feet), and within the timeframe dictated in their policy (30 days). I ordered a half size up in one of the models, which Im happy very with. The problem is that I was never refunded for the two pairs that I returned in mid-January. It is now March. Ive tried calling the company. No one answers and their voicemail box doesnt seem to work, I get disconnected. Ive also filled out forms on their website regarding the matter and have never been answered there either. I want my refund for order #*****. I love the shoes Unparallel makes, but unfortunately, this makes me not want to do business with them.Business response

Issue is about obtaining a refund for shoes already returned to Unparallel sports.I purchased 5pr of shoes from Unparallel sports in Aug (mid) (Order#: 18686)4 of 5 shipped in due to stock on hand.I returned 2pr to then in sept. (New condition, only tried on) I have *** tracking number and *** confirmed shoes were delivered. tracking: 1Z28E2T00399368050 Refund for 2pr hasn't been issued (still), and if there's an issue preventing refund, Unparallel hasn't been communicative as to why. Mid October, 2 shipments from Unrapallel arrived. One pair was the last of the 5 pairs from original order, and an incorrect pair I didn't order. When I contacted Unparallel in October, requesting why the unexpected pair and what the status of the original order was, why the erroneous pair I didn't order arrived, and whether the 1pr from the order balance should be returned under the original order; they emailed a shipping label for the erroneous pair, and have been uncommunicative about refunds, returns, etc. since.Ideally I'd like to return the last pair shipped to me in October, (totaling 3 pairs), and get refund. The only reason I haven't shipped the last pair back yet, is because I'm worried If I return them, Unparallel will delay or forget about a refund, just as with previous 2 pairs.Business response

Per Unparallel upper management concern of a BBB complaint and although no response with regards accidentally Regulus **** shoe shipped,UP has decided without prejudice to proceed with refund for two prs returned order number *****. Please refer to attached receipt
