On Wednesday, August 17, 2022, I purchased a baseball bat from Cheap bats.com (order ****** - $78.98 total). When we recieved the bat, my 8 year old son proceeded to use it for practice; after the second practice, this bat became dented. I contacted the bat manufacturer Easton and they advised that this is likely a defect and I would need to follow the return policy with cheap bats. I have sent 4 emails on separate dates, the first and last 1.5 weeks apart as well as made 2 separate phone calls with no answer and with no response from the business. I have also filled out the "contact us" form on their website with no updates. Since his bat no longer functions properly, I have had to purchase another used one locally. The business guarantees "100 satisfaction," and "hassle free returns," which so far has been falsely advertised.Business response
