BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I opened a SUPPORT TICKET 1 MONTH AGO to get STATUS of where my $61.23 REFUND is, with NO REPLY! I followed all their RETURN instructions, included the RETURN SLIP with my 1 DRESS within the 30 days, and even paid $11 RETURN SHIPPING to get proof of delivery. I have the *** TRACKING PROOF OF DELIVERY CONFIRMING DELIVERY of the DRESS to their *******, ** RETURN ADDRESS on JUNE 1st, OVER 110 DAYS AGO! I WISH I HAD COME HERE TO SEE HOW DISHONEST THEY HAVE BEEN TO SO MANY FOR SO LONG!!!Review from Samantha B

This is a bogus company- wrong size sent, took longer than stated - then they said it was a specialty item NO Return No Refund. Merchandise not as pictured. They are not reputable - they are stealing to stay in business. ***** BReview from Dana M

Would have selected ZERO stars if it would let me!!! Do NOT order from this company! Wish I would have checked reviews on them first! I ordered 2 short sleeved dresses. My comments are as follows:1) It came in on time;2) Description is wrong. The dresses i received were long sleeves instead of short as in the picture. 3) Size is wrong. I ordered a size larger than normal because the site said it fits smaller but the larger size was even too tight.4) I returned it within the 30 days period with a signed return receipt. They received it November 17, 15 days after I ordered (their requirement for refunds is that they should receive the item back within 30 days OF ORDERING which is not usual with legitimate companies.) and they have not refunded my $290.00 (today is Dec. 8, almost a month after they have received it.)5) I informed them a day after I ordered that I wanted to cancel my order (since the tracking shows that it has not left their store yet) but they still went ahead and sent it.6) *********** has only a website without a phone number to contact. 7) Communication is one way. They do not respond to customer's questions.IN SUMMARY, THIS SITE IS A SCAM. I wish there were a rating was was NEGATIVE STAR!******* VReview from Sandy M

I can't get no contact said access denied when trying to track my order I am out $85and my daughter will not have a dress for her sweet 16 I am livid
