We purchased a patio table online from Zen Patio on February 11, 2021. We were told it would be about 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. We were hopeful it would arrive in late spring for the summer season. We never received our table until July 28, 2021. Once we finally received it and unpacked it, there were scratches and parts of it were defective. I immediately reached out to them and after many unanswered calls, they finally got back to me and told me "it was common" to have scratches. For what we paid ($2,348.80) this was unacceptable. We were supposed to be notified when it was going to be delivered but we were not. It just showed up at the end of our driveway with damage to the box. I was home at the time and no one even rang the bell to see if I was home. So we were unable to inspect it upon delivery. They have a warranty and I submitted all the documents (attached here) and have tried to contact them for months - an no one has gotten back to me nor do they answer their phone. I emailed the PDF document and sent a text to my contact (Sharon) on October 4th. I also send a certified letter, which got lost in the mail, so I sent a priority envelope with the PDF and it was delivered on November 18th. Again, I have tried to reach them to discuss this issue and have left many messages with no call backs. This is unacceptable and I would like a resolution regarding our purchase and the warranty.
