Technician left a faucet running during install test with drain closed for approximately 15 min and flooded a good portion on my home. Damaged 5 day old solid maple floors in approximately 200 square foot area. This was a new bathroom and flooring that had been installed within 7 days. Dymeks technician ************ came into living room from the master bathroom where he was working and said Sir can I show you something? Walked me to master bathroom where there was water all over hardwood flooring, behind vanity that was installed day before ams tile wall. Also water in Master Closet, and living room. The wood floor had started to buckle.It appeared that the technician tried to clean up the water prior to notifying me what had happened after realizing it was substantial.Technician also did not finish the job and left. Also installed two angle stops in wrong location. ***************** refused to take responsibility and would not provide current insurance information.

I filled a claim with my ***************** the next day and my adjuster stated she will contact ****************** and advise him ****************** to file a claim with his insurance company.
I received and email from ****************** requesting my insurance information and was told they would reach out to him.
****************** and I had a conversation on a recorded line the day of the loss. Both my plumber and his helper stated the sink was full for a test and no water was running when they left the house to put away their tools. When they came back in to do a final check, they heard the water running.
During my conversation on the phone with ******************, he did not refute the question I asked that both my plumber, he and his friend all left the bathroom at the same time with the sink full of water and the faucet was off. My plumbers proceeded to work in the other bathroom and then informed ****************** they would return the next day to finish. They then proceeded to put away their tools.
