    This simple was worst experience with business I worked with over the years. Long story short: They charge me $1100 to fix the board, which I am not sure was broken. After the "installation", the vacuum that was working, does not work. This didn't happen over time, but right after their service. I report this to them and ask for their help. Basically what they say is I complain too much and will stop the service (after taking my money and leaving a glaring problem). Usually after fixing or installing, I expect someone to walk through what they had done and demonstrate the use of new product. There was NONE of that. I never asked for refund or money back. I never argued. I simply asked for follow up, not multiple visits but just one. Follow up because the new products has created a problem. They didn't return not even ONCE to look into this. Instead they said they will *** for posting a negative review (which I did based on how they treated me). Truly the worst experience with any business I had as a home owner.

    ***** Juong we stopped responding because YOU DO NOT LISTEN. Your old motherboard was not delivering 24vac to your valve actuator, this has been fixed. Each time we have done work for you in the past you manufacture several other issues, argue with our technician and once again DONT LISTEN. Motherboard was a SPECIAL order and required payment up front as it cannot be returned. You call, text, email incessantly about outright nonsense. Technician did not want to return and do ANY further work for you for this reason and knew you would come up with more UNRELATED issues once we completed the motherboard replacement. It is under full warranty with Jandy and there is nothing wrong with it. We are reserving our right to refuse service to anyone and refuse to work for you further, especially now. We replaced a motherboard per his request which is WORKING. He now claims his vacuum is not moving quickly enough, we did not sell him a vaccum, we did not install a vaccum, we do not service this pool. We merely fixed ONE issue of the *** which was not receiving voltage from the motherboard. The amount of incessant texts is unbelievable doesn't matter what we say, he does not listen.

    We offered to refund this guy as we don't want to deal with him ever again, he refuses to let us have our motherboard back. ************************** should not own a pool, doesn't have a basic understanding of the functions and incessantly argues with us! Our owner, manager and service technician all stated they do not want to deal with this guy ever again. He sent us dozens of texts about his pool vacuum not moving quickly enough, what does this have to do with us? Increase your pump speed, clean your filter, empty your baskets. Falsely claims we just left when the technician spoke to him on the phone, the motherboard which we made less than $100 profit was a special order, again, we offered to take it back!We stopped responding to you ***** because YOU DO NOT LISTEN. Your old motherboard was not delivering 24vac to your valve actuator, this issue has been fixed by the motherboard replacement. Each time we have done work for you in the past you manufacture several other issues, unrelated after we leave, don't listen to our suggestions, argue with our technician and once again DONT LISTEN. It doesn't matter what we say he's unbelievable and yes we are going after him for his false statements. ***** has run his pool pump dry many times due to low water level then argues with our technician it's not low though it's at the plaster level under the tile, while technician is working ***** brings up a dozen other non related issues such as "my pool heater feels hot, why is it hot?" Well, because it's IN THE *** and it's BLACK!Motherboard was a SPECIAL order and required payment up front as it cannot be returned. You call, text, email incessantly about outright nonsense. Technician did not want to return and do ANY further work for you for this reason and knew you would come up with more UNRELATED issues once we completed the motherboard replacement. It is under full warranty with Jandy and there is nothing wrong with it. We are reserving our right to refuse service to anyone and refuse to work for you further, especially now. We are suing him for libel and defamation if he doesn't remove his false reviews forthwith, he has posted several false statements and is harassing us.

He now claims his vacuum is not moving quickly enough, we did not sell him a vacuum, we did not install a vacuum, we do not service this pool.
