I am writing to address an issue regarding the quality of service provided by your preschool and to request a refund of the tuition fees paid for my child, ********************* , for the past academic term. I enrolled my child at your esteemed preschool with the expectation of a nurturing and educational environment where they could learn, grow, and flourish. However, I regret to inform you that the level of service and care provided has fallen far below my expectations and the standards outlined during the initial enrollment process. Lack of Communication: There has been a consistent breakdown in communication between the preschool staff and the parents. Important information and updates, such as changes in schedules, curriculum, and events, have not been adequately communicated, leading to confusion and frustration. Inadequate Staff-to-Child Ratio: It has become apparent that the preschool is understaffed, resulting in an unmanageable number of children per teacher. This has compromised the quality of attention and care each child receives, as well as their overall safety. Negligence in Safety Measures: I have noticed several instances where safety measures, such as proper supervision during outdoor playtime and adherence to health and hygiene protocols, have been overlooked. This is unacceptable and puts the well-being of the children at risk. Subpar Learning Environment: The learning resources and materials provided to the children have been substandard, with outdated or damaged equipment. The lack of a stimulating environment has hindered my child's learning and development. Quite of few time my son was getting sick when he was attending Minaret Academy. Considering the above concerns, I kindly request a refund of the tuition fees and supply fees paid for the academic term. I believe it is only fair to receive a refund since the services promised at the time of enrollment have not been fulfilled. I understand that there may be specific refund policies in
