They are charging monthly late fees on top of previous late fees. Back in May our mail boxes were broken into and mail was missing. They mentioned the original $5 late fee is from May but now its $25. I called today 7/24/24 and while trying to resolve this they hanged up on me. I called back with no answer and left them a voicemail.Business response

This tenant has a contract with her management company to pay all bills presented. Her May 1st bill was for $56.02. She sent a payment for $51.02.
Her April 1st bill was for $57.11. She sent a payment of $52.11. Any account that does not pay the full amount due is charged a monthly late fee of
$5.00 according to the apartment lease agreement. She continues to receive late fees on unpaid bill amounts due. Our client is the management company not the individual renter. They have a contract which states all payments are due in full, monthly. She can have any fee waived by her management company at any time if they so desire. Our contract with the management company states we collect payment in full.
