I regret to inform you that my recent experience with Tarek buys houses was far from satisfactory. It pains me to say that the service provided by *************************** was not only unprofessional but also shockingly rude. Would not let me speak and kept talking over me.It's evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for him.I will not be returning to this company and will be sure to share my negative experience with others.Review from Judy F

I would highly recommend Tarek Buys Houses to Anyone, that is looking for a more Convenient, Less Stress, And 100 percent Hassle Free To Sell Their Home . I was offered 40 k more through someone else . I still made more money , by following my instincts, and going with them . Ill tell you why , that higher offer comes with over 40k in realtors and escrow fees , with them they handle Everything, and dont charge you !!!! Selling our home through Tarek made the process far less stressful than it would normally be. They provided us with a quote and a closing date and kept all their promises. We couldnt have asked for a more ************* selling experience. I highly recommend Tarek Buys Houses.Review from Chris P.

I think this is lousy customer service. I called to get an offer on my house in ca and I got a guy Who claims he is related to Tarek. He treated me so disrespectful that I wish Tarek would take notice of who is in the office taking customer service. Then I got another guy who made a super low offer unbelievableReview from Tom P

*** P We are moving across country and saw a TV ad of Tarek Buys Homes and decided to give them a call. Although their offer was below the price realtors thought we could get, it really wasn't given that we had no realtor fees, escrow fees, things to fix or open houses. We found the firm to be very flexible to our transaction requirements and appreciated the politeness and responsiveness of the staff with whom we interacted, particularly ***************** our primary contact.Review from Therese W

I needed to bring my aging mother-in-law to live with me, so I then needed to sell her house. I live in another state, so that brought up issues to get it sold. I contacted Tarek Buyes Houses to see what they could do for me. My contact, *****, was awesome to work with. They gave me a great offer within 24 hours and the whole process was so easy. As trustee of a family trust I was recently tasked with selling my parents home which had some deferred maintenance. After looking at many options and talking with several house flippers, I settled on working with Tarek Buys Houses, and I'm glad I did. In so doing I was able to avoid investing trust funds in needed repairs and upgrades and to speed up the process to limit carrying charges to the trust. The trust received close to fair market value when the savings of broker commission, closing costs, and repairs are considered. And I was able to avoid some thorny problems like a bedroom with no closet space (it had been used as an office). Working through my contact, *****************, the entire process was quite pleasant and went very smoothly. Tarek Buys Houses performed as promised and I would have no reservations about using them again.Review from William H

We recently closed escrow on one of our rental properties. The tenants had been there 23 years and left it in a "sorry" state. The work to be done overwhelmed us so we contacted TBH. They had done a beautiful job on the house across the street from us last year. I qualified us in the "tired landlord" category. From start to finish it was effortless. They gave us a fair offer and ***************** was always available to answer questions and resolve minor issues. They delivered everything as promised. Amazing! I was in a bind after losing my family after caring for them and then losing my job of 16 years. I needed to sell my home and get the best price possible. TBH exceeded my expectations tremendously.They have me time to pack my things and find a new place. Escrow closed seamlessly and the wire to find after escrow was in my account right away.Please give TBH a chance you wont be disappointed.
