***** and team did a great job renovating our kitchen, bathroom and a couple of other projects. The result was very high quality and helped create a lot of demand when we sold our house shortly after.

I used PhaseWorks for a pretty large project on my home built in ****. The project included full kitchen renovation, one full bathroom renovation, another bathroom remodel, flooring for the whole house, and some other projects built into the scope of work. ***** has been great to work with. He provides guidance, feedback, and makes sure you feel comfortable with all steps of the process. ***** and his team are clean and efficient and are respectful of your home. It is very clear that they take pride in WHAT they do and HOW they do it. A few times along the way we ran into some unexpected finds as you do when doing renovations. *****'s focus was to make sure the job was done right and that we did not cut corners in order to just continue the project. I appreciate his attention to these matters as it has made out house stronger and more well built than it was before.***** and his team pay close attention to detail and will not leave projects unfinished. They are trustworthy and respect your house as if it were their own. This is difficult to find these days.Finally, *****'s process is entirely fair, transparent, and professional. From the original bid, to the deposit, to progress payments, to updating contracts when needed. It is very difficult to find someone so accommodating, who is also such a hard worker.

***** did a great job with remodeling my primary bathroom. Plumbing and electrical were completed perfectly. Custom vanity is amazing and functional. Everything looks fantastic!

Manny and his team provide quality work. I had two small bathrooms remodeled and it turned out great. The tile work is beautiful. Big tiles cut precisely to fit the space to make it flow.

We recently hired Phaseworks Construction to rebuild our kitchen after having a leak. Because of the extensive damage, it was necessary to remove everything and start fresh. The leak situation was extremely stressful as was dealing with insurance unfortunately but once we made the call to insurance and a plumber came and took care of the leak, we felt it was necessary to go through the quote process so had 3 different companies come to bid the project for a new kitchen. We were shocked to find one co was actually doing business under a suspended license. WOW! The other two just did not come to the table with an appropriate bid, products, or price. The 4th one was the charm, Manny from Phaseworks Construction. Just to be sure though, we did our due diligence in looking thoroughly at his company, his license, etc. We are so very happy we chose this company due to his great reviews, no bad marks and his license was up to date and in good standing and he has atleast 20 years under his belt He was extremely knowledgeable, very kind, on time, his guys were also very kind and easy to deal with. They were also very good at cleaning up after themselves. Manny and his crew were wonderful. He did a spectacular job and we honestly would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Manny! We love our new kitchen and enjoyed working with you. ******, with a sincere heart.

Manny and his team did a great job with our kitchen remodel. We had the floor replaced, walls painted, floorboards put in, new lights put in, over the counter light installed, and new cupboards and countertops. Manny was always prompt in his responses to us. His price was reasonable. Wish we would have used him for our bathroom remodel.
