On July 17, 2021 Guaranteed Air installed a new a/c unit in my home. At 2a on July 18, 2021 I noticed my living room chair was soaked with water. Looking up I noticed a large bubble of water pooling on my ceiling just where the new a/c unit was installed. I immediately sent photos to the owner and he sent someone out later in the morning. The tech acknowledged that he did not level the unit which caused the leaking. The owner, Clase, acknowledged that as well and agreed it was the error of his company and he would pay for all repairs. I got a bid from my provider and contacted his provider who never called me back. We settled on my vendor and the work was completed. Clase has continued to tell me he will drop the reimbursement check to me for the repairs and never shows up. He owes me $2525. Resolution to this claim would be for him to do as he said and bring me the money for the damage his team caused and acknowledged. I have many text messages from him supporting this claim and can provide further details if necessary.
