Hello,
We have received a complaint regarding a shipping issue with one of our previous customers. Thank you for working as a median to resolve this issue as we take pride in our customer service. Unfortunately, due to our Refund policy, that can be located on our website, this client did not meet the criteria for a full refund. During the busy holiday season, as a vendor, we understand that our couriers are behind schedule nationwide and how 3 day shipping can then turn into 5 day. Although this was completely out of our control, we offered said client numerous of resolutions, including free merchandise. Unfortunately, none were set to satisfy our customer. We have decided to refund the client automatically for their shipping costs as we would love to continue giving our customers great service. Thank you for intervening and please feel free to reach out to us with any further information.

I uploaded the files from emails with the company and they assured I would receive full refund if package was not here on date the stated I sent multiple emails which they ignored to avoid having to refund me in full as stated in their email which they sent to me personally.
