      Purchased 2 items for christmas on Invoice #: **********. Invoice Date: Dec 17, 2023. Order #: **********. Order Date: Dec 17, 2023. Items were ***************** NKX 3-Pack Pro Protective Gear - Knee Pads, Elbow Pads and Wrist Guards 0701001043975-olivegreen-L $19.95; and ***************** Story Shockwave Inline Skates 1101005058702-red-39 Red - W8 / M7 $89.95.Received items well after christmas and none of them fit. Returned entire order on March 20, 2024. Company advertises 1 year return policy. Returned by **** shipping = tracking number **********************. Packaged arrived at the address ***************************************************************** ********************************* on March 25, 2024. My Refund was never issued. Today is 4/23/24. My spouse made an inquiry today about the refund. They were unable to assist my husband without his tracking number when he reached out on 4/23/24. I sent an email with the tracking number on 4/24/24. They recceived their items back along with the invoice and all my customer order information was included in the box that I shipped back. Why won't a refund be issued? The company has a 2 hour window to receive customer service calls monday through friday. All other inquiries have to be done by email. They should have plenty of information on my return in order to issue my refund yet no refunds have been issued. I paid a total of $109.90 for my items and paid another $27.65 to return the items. Seeking reimbursement for all charges.

      It has been probably over a year or more & the company has not provided me with a pair of skates that fit. I sent both pair of non-fitting skates back to *********** refuse to send me a pair that fits because they said they are spending too much on shipping. I have also had to pay extra shipping twice to return the 2 pairs of non-fitting skates. Since the company refuses to send me a pair of skates that fit, some time ago, I requested a refund. Months have gone by & I still have not received a refund. They cited they were having difficulty refunding to my debit card but I have received refunds before to my card without any difficulty.
