Very professional, excellent communication and follow up. **** provided a competitive quote quickly and ***** the technician who came out was on time respectful, very knowledgeable and efficient.They got our system back up and running nicely!Very Very happy with service and results! **** and his entire team were amazing! **** took the time to meet with me in person first to go over our business' specific needs. They subsequently scheduled an installation date promptly and finished the job quicker than expected and with zero interruption to our office's daily work. I even called NovaTech to come back out for a second job, which they completed that same week, and found a solution when we thought there might not be one in the immediate. They're absolutely great and I've already recommended other businesses to **** and NovaTech.Review from John J

**** and his team are very quick to assist. We had a security camera that went offline and due to criticality, the issue had to be repaired quickly. The team was on site the next day to fix whatever the problem was whether cable or camera. They were able to find the problem (faulty cable) and get it functional in short order. Great response and efficient work. Couldn't ask for more!
