Purchased 4 brand new tires and put on approximately **** miles. ******* was violently shaking and brought to certified mechanic and found a defect ********** that they were out of round. Contacted distributer who contacted Greenball in Feb. Was told they were backordered until March/April. Now being told they may arrive in June and Greenball is requesting for me to pay ****** just to hold them when they come in and then pay balance when they arrive. My vehicle is unsafe to drive with condition of tires and Greenball is not honoring their defect with an immediate resolution.Customer response

In regard to Complaint ID#********, ******************** Corps warranty is for manufacture defects. The claimant was sent return labels to send the tires back for warranty inspection per the request of the dealer who sold him the tires. The claimant has never sent the tires back for inspection to insure there was a defect in our product. Greenball Corp has never nor will we ever request a consumer to give us any type of monetary hold for our product. We do not sell to the public and the monetary request came from his dealer not us. It seems as if his issue is with the dealer of the product not the manufacture. Please let me know if you need further information regarding this issue.

That is incorrect, I was told I needed to pay ****** to hold tires which were on backorder. I refused to pay the money and had to purchase 2 tires for ******. I wss told the money would be refunded after Greenball inspected the defective tires. I do have all emails which I would be willing to submit as proof.
