I purchased a weighted stress buddy (stuffed animal) online from My Comfort Buddy back in December of 2023. It took quite awhile for them to get me any shipping information and when they did, it said the item was coming from *****, when the company website says their address is in **********. I reached out to them on January 9th to find out where my product was as I hadn't gotten any shipping update, they proceeded to tell me the item had shipped and gave me a link to track it. On January 14th, I reached back out to them through the email they provided on their web page *************************************** as I still had not received the item. I asked why the company was in **********, yet my product was coming from *****? All they would tell me was that my item was in transit and expected to reach me in a couple days. I told them I would be asking for a refund when I did receive the product. On January 17th I received the item, it was NOTHING like what was advertised on their website. The item WAS NOT weighted at all and was a lot smaller than advertised. I emailed them and asked where I was to send the item back to for a full refund and they gave me an address of ***************************** Suite #********************************. I put the item in the mail on January 22nd and got a tracking number to make sure. It was supposed to make back to them on Saturday, January 27th. I checked the tracking on Monday, January 29th and it showed that it was being returned to me because the address was not found. I am really frustrated and would like to get my money back and I am hoping you can help me with this.
