09/03/2021: Dropped off motorhome at establishment after speaking to their customer ********************** due to an coolant leak.09/09/2021: Received a call indicating that the leak was fixed. Requested for a Safety inspection ($140) and oil change ($150)09/09/2021: Picked up the motorhome and parked it at home.10/23/2021: Drove to ****************************** for a overnight trip (approximately 110 miles away)10/24/2021: On the way home, noticed smoke and strong odor from vents. Stopped the car, opened the engine compartment and noticed all the coolant all over the engine. Waited for the engine to cool down and refilled with approximate 1 gallon of coolant. Drove approximately 2 miles and noticed the engine HOT so stopped on the side of the road. Attempted to contact Vonic but they were closed on the weekend. Called a local towing shop who was asking for an exuberant amount of money to have the car towed. Resorted to contact a reasonable RV mobile repair since I was stranded 80 miles away from home with my wife and 4 kids. RV mobile repairer stated that a hose in the coolant area that was recently replaced was not property clamped. 10/26/2021: I emailed Vonic who state that I could take the motorhome to any Napa Truck Service Center for a diagnosis which is not needed as I have resolved the issue that was not properly fixed with additional funds out of my own pocket which should have not been caused if the prior coolant leakage was not fixed properly.
