The assistant at the front desk recommended that I buy the bundle vaccine (3 sets of vaccines) if I was going to come back for more for my cat (2nd & 3rd set) in order to save some money. So I bought the vaccine bundle from this clinic instead of buying the vaccines individually. Unfortunately the cat that I found in my neighborhood got away and I couldnt locate the cat any longer. I called the clinic to get a refund on the second and third set since I wouldnt be able to use them any longer seeing that I didnt have the cat. They refused to give me a refund on the 2nd and 3rd sets of vaccines even though they charged me for all three sets which I only used the first set. I called and asked to speak with the owner of the clinic but no response. They shouldnt keep money that I have gotten services for even if it was a package or individual.
