I made a substantial investment of $7,400 in a massage chair from the company, believing I was buying a quality product from a reputable brand. The trouble started when my less than four-year-old chair stopped working and required repair. To my surprise, the company informed me that the model had been discontinued six years before my purchase. This critical information was not disclosed at the time of sale.The chair's discontinuation meant that necessary repair parts were no longer available, leaving me with a non-functional chair. Despite my complaints, the company's response was to offer a $1,000 special loyalty discount for a new chair from them. However, this offer seemed more like a way to push me into another substantial investment with a company that had already caused me significant frustration.I felt that the company's behavior was questionable and lacked transparency. Selling a discontinued product without disclosure raised concerns about business ethics and integrity. The company's responses failed to address the core issue, which left me with no option but to consider reporting the incident to federal agents and explore legal actions to protect my rights and assets.In summary, the company's handling of my discontinued massage chair has raised significant concerns about its transparency, business practices, and customer trust. On 04/23/2023, I made a purchase for the total amount of $11,270.99. A down payment for $560.09 was made to OSIM with a debit card. The remaining balance of $10,710.90 was financed through ***** *********** The uScalp and uGalaxy were picked up from the store at the time of the purchase. The seller agreed to deliver the uDream and uTrone chairs to the residence on the second floor. The seller agreed to schedule a technician at the time of the delivery; they would take the massage chair apart and carry it to the second floor and then re-assemble the chair again. OSIM is taking advantage of loopholes and conducting a business with no integrity. ***** Fargo canceled the account and no charges were issued. The product was never delivered therefore it was never used. The massage chair and office chair purchases were also canceled and I only kept two products for the total amount of $234. The remaining amount of $326.09 (excluding tax) must be credited immediately. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS FOR THE DETAILED EXPLANATIONS.Thank you.
