I have been a customer of OC Tint since 2018. I spoke to ****** in late April over the phone to let him know that I was removing my front tints and reapplying them. On May 1st, I brought my car to the ****** location of ******* on ******* to get the tints removed. To be honest, I had my reservations because the woman who took care of the tints did not seem experienced. The tints were removed fine. However, I communicated to ***** in ****** to please make sure that the tint being applied would match what already existed on my rear windows, limo tint, 5% ceramic IR, and he assured me so. Upon picking up my car, I immediately contacted ***** as my front tints DID NOT match, and were significantly lighter, to the point where I was visible , along with any items in my car . The tint quality from the inside of my car looked very cheap compared to the tint I had before. I asked for ***** to do a fix and he said I would have to pay $195 which was unreasonable to me because a mistake was made. I have time stamped picture evidence of what my car looked like prior to the tint removal and reapplication. If anyone inspects my car , it would be very obvious that there is a difference. However, ***** in the ****** location was defensive and dismissive of my concern and had every excuse for why the tint did not match. He wasnt trying to hear me. I am requesting a repair free of charge as this is of no fault of mine, but the technician who worked on my car. An excellent job was done for my car in 2018 and I have always recommended OC tint to family and friends. However, I would not recommend OC tint with the current situation and how I was treated and dismissed.
