WARNING!!! READ FOR YOUR OWN GOOD THIS ADVICE IS FREEEEE! SERVICE THERE WILL NOT BE!after almost 5 weeks I got my quad back after what was supposed to be a 2-day service. this time he ignored all my calls when I called from my phone but answered when I called from a number he doesn't know! oh..and he was upset with me being so desperate and tried to get a hold of him from a different phone!!!My bill was an impossible $1,567.31 which is more than half of what I paid for the entire quad! I supplied all the parts minus 3 cables and all parts and work were related one to another. For example, installing steel brake lines and brake pads. Or steering stem and while at it throwing a new handlebar and grips. When questioning **** about the ridicules bill he told me I have 2 options.1. to pay in full, in cash, and to be helped to load the quad to the truck and to never come back even if I have a problem with the job he did just now.2. to not pay and he then will put a mechanics lien on my quad, get a title to his name for it after 30 days, and sells it for a much greater amount of money than the bill.Understanding the situation, I had to plead **** to agree to accept payment via credit card as I did not expect to pay anything close to the amount charged and currently do not even have access to that kind of money in cash. **** told me a credit card option is not available for me due to his concern of me reversing the charge. For him to take a card payment I had to convince him I will not dispute the charge and insist a card payment is a payment method he as a business must make available to his clients. Eventually, **** agreed to take payment via card BUT conditioned it with me paying his processing fee and so a surcharge of $57.86 was added to a total of $1.622.17.Seen reviews shows few others mentioning his threat to put a mechanics lien on their vehicle and numerous others mentioning they got overcharged.one customer even mentioned he was charged $700 for storage!

Well *****...since you gave your side of the story, allow me to give mine. You originally dropped your bike off to install the parts you ordered yourself. With that being said, you didn't not order the correct parts and on top of you didn't order all the parts. You informed ** that all the parts were there and would fit on your bike. We attempted to install all your parts and they ended up being the wrong parts and missing other parts needed for the job, We had to special order and make the rest of the parts that were not supplied which took time to do. You were informed that we had to special order your cables to a +2 in length and have them made. The time for that being performed was not up to me being it was sent to a cable company to make them correctly. You continued to call regularly to see if your parts came in yet, and I explained that I'm no in control of them making your parts and that they were being made and shipped. Because you wanted the bike complete within 2days, and were not willing to wait the proper time needed to fix the parts that you incorrectly ordered, that took time to do.As far as the bill, I explained to you ahead of time that it was not going to be an easy job and wasn't just a take off bolt on situation, and you agreed. For jobs that aren't cut and dry, there is no price ahead to be known, we charge the time it takes to do a special job. You also told us to cut and modify a part to fit, then when you saw what we did, you complained saying you never told us to do that. So I went ahead and replaced that part that was cut out of my own pocket. When you came to pick up your bike it was completely finished, everything was proper and done correctly, I even told you we warranty our jobs and if you had any issues that we did, we would fix it. You took the bike home called me and complained about something being wrong, then found it wasn't anything that was wrong or that we did. Unfortunately, I work alone and always not able to answer the phone when my hands are greasy, oily or busy with other customers. You called me and I answered then you hung up because you were standing at my back door seeing if I'd answer your phone call..I did and you hung up and walked in so I'm not sure what your complaint was about that. As far as the payment went, you attempted to pay with a card and then ** a signature that did not match you signature on your **. I can not accept fraud cards or signatures that do not match what is on the ** of the persons card who is signing. I was doing my job as required by a business, sorry if you feel that is the wrong thing to do. I even dismissed and paid the credit card fees myself to accommodate your dislikes about the credit card fees.
