I just bought an ** from Gander ** in ********. Since then I have been having issues with the *** The ** has had front door problems. The door and screen does not shut properly. The furnace to the hot water heater gave out after first use of propane running out. I had to have a small cut off switch replaced. I only had the *********** than few months. The ** AC does not work well. I had to buy a portable ac to replace the ** ac. When I call or go by Gander ** i get this stuck up cold feeling from the employees after I bought the *** Before buying oh they were so nice after buying cold feet. It is like they were in a hurry to sell the ** to me and not tell me everything about the ** what is or might be wrong with it. When i ask for mobile tech to come out they want to charge me $60 and they are only three miles from where i am at. I said no. Why can they replace a front door or fix the ac on their end without charging me a fee. I do not think that is fair at all. I think they were in a hurry to sell this ** to me since it was on their lot for a year. I have been having nothing but issues with the *** I just want an ** to be comfortable in not having to deal with many problems. Gander is not full filling their part to full fill my needs as a ** owner.Business response

Sorry I did not get back to you sooner. I spoke with ***** right after I spoke with you. He is not having an issue with getting his RV repaired under warranty. His issue is that he cannot bring it in for the repairs. He does not have a vehicle capable of towing it and he is living in it full time. We offer a mobile service, but since warranty will not pay for the mobile service we charge a service fee for that convenience. I have offered to not charge that fee for two trips as a good will to help **************** out. Hope this helps resolve his complaint. We purchased a brand new 2021 Gulfstream Enlighten travel trailer on May 27 2021. The end of July 2021 we received a call that our trailer was due for repairs that we had no record of. Our walk through paperwork had no repairs on it. We were told these were items they made note of and it was “normal”, all the trailers needed things fixed. We were not able to bring the trailer in until the end of September due to my husband having surgery, by then we found a lot more things wrong with the trailer including a screw that caused a tear/hole in the slide out. So when my husband brought in the trailer on September 27th 2021 he let them know all the issues we found. It has now been 3 months and they still have our trailer with no estimate of when it will be done at all. We just found out that they did not fill or cover the hole and it has been raining and until my husband brought it up on December 18th 2021 to ****** ******* who is in charge of the repairs they had no idea of the status. We have contacted Gander multiple times, reached out to corporate to have it taken care of and nothing has been done. We asked to exchange the unit and we were laughed at. We have been told it’s a manufacturing issue and they have now found even more wrong that is going to mean tearing out a side of the trailer and redoing it. The corporate office has been of even less help, they do not return our calls or emails and have done nothing to help resolve the issue. We would like a refund on all the money we have put into the trailer. The $10,000 as a down payment and all of the monthly payments of $373 from July 2021 to current- December 2021.
