      Hello Schar,

The Lavish Belle Dispute team has received your refund request. At Lavish Belle Events we pride ourselves in making our clients dreams come true. We do apologize that wasnt the experience for you and despite our separation we wish you a well and wonderful wedding day.

In review of your account and recorded conversations we determined the following:

      1) In the conversation that took place on January 17, 2022 where you claim you were verbally attacked we found the following events took place. (Lead Wedding Planner) *********************** expressed to you the frustration of you making decisions on the wedding without consulting her professional opinion or giving the team prior notification. Per Section 3 of the signed contract you relinquish responsibility of purchases for the wedding to Lavish Belle Events. It was explained to you on this call that the actions you took on 10/31/2021 when you (******** ****) signed an agreement with Bears Best that totaled $17,974.98 for 100 guests without first consulting your wedding planner had already placed you over budget for your wedding. The Lavish Belle team then further explained to you that your recently submitted guest list of 170 people has now resulted in an estimated cost of $20,400 ($120 per person). After *********************** brought this to your attention on this same call you stated that you were aware that your budget would need to increase. To confirm what the budget would be increased to she asked you to provide a dollar amount for the increased budget. In the midst of asking that question she was cut off by you stating that it would be in an email you are going to send which we have never received. After review of the call you raised your voice several times and did not allow *********************** to complete her questions. She then raised her voice to speak over you. Those actions of her raising her voice to speak over you is not the level of professionalism Lavish Belle Events wishes to uphold, therefore as a collective we do apologize for that.

      2)  During your enrollment interview you were asked for an email address for *********************. At that time you stated that he did not need to be included in all email correspondence and appointed yourself as point of contact. On 01/3/2022 you sent an email stating that going forward he requested to be added to all emails in which we honored. The vendors for your wedding were a part of your selected venue's package and all correspondence from them was forwarded from you to the lavish belle team ************************************************************* To date you were CCd on every email with them pertaining to your wedding.

You made the decision to not use the florist company that came with your package due to their charge for upgraded services being out of your budget. At that time we offered our decor services to you and advised you that use of our decor would be the use of artificial floral in which you agreed to.

As we began working on your decor we proposed to you the option of substituting pampas grass for the selected Ostrich feathers due to the price of Ostrich feathers being out of your budget in which you also agreed to. Before any of the pampas grass was ordered a picture of it was sent to you for your approval. On a phone conversation with ****** you verbally okayed the purchase. Your wedding account was then charged the price of the pampas grass in the amount of $2171.53.

To further explain the $1755.00 that is listed on the decor estimate that is the remainder price of your reception centerpieces. That was also explained to you over our recorded call on Jan 7, 2022.

Prior to purchasing any further decor you asked for an estimate of what was left and per your request you asked us not to include **** on that email. We provided you the estimate based on your currently selected decor plan. Once you received the estimate you then stated that the cost was out of your budget. At that time we asked you for a specific dollar amount to allocate towards decor and you failed to give that information. Instead you asked us to shop at the dollar store for our materials and/or to change our suppliers of our decor supplies to fit your budget. We explained to you that we select our wholesale suppliers based on quality and not just pricing and that we would not be altering our internal vendors for supplies to accommodate your budget. We explained that our decor services are already severely discounted and offered at an affordable rate. As another option we proposed for you to use your own decor or another decor supplier and per our contract we can oversee the set up and clean up of those vendors. You then stated on January 17th (after approved pampas grass had been ordered) that you would reach out to your vendors for quotes and send us the quotes and to date we have never received this.

      4)  During your enrollment interview we also had a decor meeting where we discussed the overall look of your wedding. After that meeting we presented you with a decor plan proposal that you approved and signed off on. You can view that via this link https://www.************.com/LavishBelleEvents/DecorProposalForScharSean#ixBnwJbS0Lnb44ecgjqtY00IQn4dPVtkQbSH0V2rEpY$*

Within your approved decor plan you choose your own save the date design. On 12/7 you were provided with a sample of that design. You then stated you changed your mind and no longer want that save the date design. You submitted another picture of the new save the date design you want. That design was then recreated for you and on 12/21/2021 at 2:33pm you approved the design via email stating you "loved it and its perfect. We immediately responded with an email that we were having your save the dates printed now. An hour later(3:23pm)  you sent an email stating that before save the dates are ordered you want to update your Guest-list. At the time we received your email, the approved save the dates had already been sent to printing. Three days later you then sent an email stating you wanted a design change and at that time we informed you that the save the dates had already been sent to printing. You then threaten staff by saying if you cant get it changed its going to be a problem. We advised you that we will have the font change but you will incur another printing charge of $65. You stated that was ok and new save the dates were printed with your desired font which we currently have in our possession. Along with the approved envelopes.

      5) Per our signed contract you stated that you would make monthly payments to Lavish Belle Events to cover vendors and services associated with your wedding. To date you have defaulted on those payments. You were charged $300 on October 6, 2021 after your free consultation to hold your wedding date on our calendar. We applied that payment to your non-refundable deposit for our services which was explained to you during the initial consultation and in the follow up email requesting the $300 payment.

Lavish Belle Events provided you with venue search assistance, one on one assistance with creating your dcor plan, hotel room blocks at Resort world & ************** for your guest, save the dates, and negotiation of pricing with makeup artist, balloon ******* and cigar roller. We have also attended in-person site visits, and vendor consultation calls as your wedding planner. With that being said we have fulfilled our role as wedding planner thus far. If your decision is to terminate our agreement then we understand but unfortunately we will not be able to issue you a refund.

We will accept your written request to terminate our services going forward and as promised you are entitled to the usage of the already created room blocks, the printed save the dates, and the pampas grass. If you are still in need of the vendors we negotiated rates with then you are welcome to those vendors as well. Should you decide to seek legal action your account has been forward to the Lavish Belle Legal team and further communication will be with them.

We wish you well on all endeavors and a wonderful wedding.
