I had made a third party reservations with tickets at work on November 25 2021. I checked in on November 27 2021 at comfort inn in Antioch. When I did my check in I was informed that I had to give a credit card which I did. I did a reservation for one night total $151.08 Check out November 28 2021. I received the checkout receipt which stated I was only there for one night but it stated that I had a balance I was informed that that was going to be refunded but on Dec 2nd On my credit card statement I noticed that I was charged three times without my authorization One total was 258 with $.14 and I also have two other transactions 129 with seven cents. I called the hotel company they informed me that I did my check out on December 2 which is incorrect I checked out on November 28, 2021. Out of all the charges that they took they only Refunded $206.53. At this point I do not know how much Im supposed to pay for one night they still took the third parties reservation money which is the $151.08 still leaving the 2 transactions of $129.07. Like I said I dont know how much they are trying to charge me for one night. I have all receipts and my credit card statement. Ive been trying to get this situated but management is not helpful. They exceeded my credit card and Im the one that has to pay more apr and more monthly due to their scam.
