            I pre-ordered two shorts from their website for $199.99 each in June. and I paid $17 for shipping. I received the two shorts end of September. one of them didn't fit because the size. So I emailed their customer service regarding this and asking if I return the item, can I get refund to my original payment method because I didn't want their store credit. They confirmed. Then I shipped it back via **** I kept emailing them regarding this return. They confirmed they received it but they cannot refund back to me. But they can offer me store credit. I told them I didn't need store credit before I returned it. Then I filed a dispute via my credit card CITI Bank. After long time research, CITI bank told me they cannot refund me because this company told them they never received my return. I provided the screenshot of the emails between me and this company but CITI BANK has not replied me yet. And I emailed them again asking them why they lied to the bank because I still have your email confirming you received my return. They never reply. And they didn't ship my return item back to me either. Several months past, I still didn't get my $199.99 back.

            Companies like this make it very very hard for legitimate black businesses to get a good rep. *** customer service is nonexistent, they do not ever reply to emails, it takes months and months to get even to slightest update and even longer to get the product you order. Ive been waiting for shoes I order in January of 2023 it is now almost mid April no update so I had to dispute the purchase all together because it clear Ill never get the shoes or even a simple response. *** owner is constantly on Instagram running his mouth about all the new stuff they are making and all the pretend good stuff he needs to focus his entire attention to providing basic customer service. Definitely a business I would never do business again and wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy. ***y was they handle business is sketchy and I question the legitimacy of the business as a whole. ***y should definitely be investigated.
