Business owner used BBB complaint as retaliation and reason for taking our $1000 and not providing the services.He proceeded to damage our trailer and our boat. Now the shop has closed permanently according to *******Initial Complaint

This business establishment ran and operated by ***************************** needs to be shut down.Upon wanting requests for a quote offer he made some verbal sexual advances toward me and I was not comfortable. I ignored it and assumed it was jokingly and after a few times I began to believe that it was no longer a joke. It was apparent I was uncomfortable and did ask for the sexual remarks to stop. ****** began to get irate and hostile next thing you know hes yelling at me backing me into a corner of the inside of the shop.Then proceeded to get physically violent and attempt to sexually assault me by taking my clothes off while forcing himself onto me. Police was notified and report was made but this place of business needs to be shut down. This type of situation is literally being ignored and it is not the first time to take place.I was notified of similar incidents that took place in this establishment and it is unacceptable.Initial Complaint

Took $1000 deposit to do upholstery work on boat. Almost 3 weeks and no work has been done. I have been trying to get the boat back but the owner is cryptic in messages. Severe lack in communications and surprised they are still in business. The owner Javi, came to our house and quoted the work. Reviews were not good, but wanted to give the small family owned business the benefit of doubt. Javi seemed personable, but now a month overdue and no work - very questionable business practices.... We have been texting him to his phone and resorted to this complaint in fear I'll lose my boat and deposit. I need both back!!!! Text messages attached as these were the only ways we communicated.
