Terrible customer service, the person who answered the phone hung up on me. I was asking about a quote to export a car overseas to one of the countries they listed in their website and said they ship to. I don't care if you are listing the wrong information on your website or you are just ignorant about the services you can provide, but they need to be more polite!Review from Kathe C

I filled out this company's online form to get a quote for shipping a car. Within minutes of submitting the form, I was receiving calls and dozens of texts from multiple auto transport companies. They clearly sold my information to multiple companies. I'll never use this business because of this.Review from Tracey B

I recently used A1 transport twice in the last 2 months. Once to ship a Harley ***** which was a family heirloom and 2nd to ship a Miata I sold. Both times from start to finish it was super efficient and excellent service from *******************. Both were delivered early without issues. When it came to actually transporting my car, I was blown away by their efficiency. A-1 Auto Transport picked up my vehicle right on schedule, and I have to say, their attention to detail was remarkable. They handled my car with utmost care, ensuring it arrived at the destination in the same condition it was when I handed it over. I couldn't have asked for anything more.Another aspect that impressed me was their reliability. A-1 Auto Transport delivered my car within the promised timeframe, without any delays or hiccups. When I requested a quote from their website (which seems reputable), they immediately sold my number and details of my move to multiple random individuals who then all started calling and texting me late at night. One man in particular harassed me to book with him immediately, and then when I declined stating I wanted to price-check quotes from other companies (and not give my credit card information to a random man over the phone) he insulted me, said "good luck dealing with the indians then", and hung up. Then he also texted me "good luck dealing with the *****************". Extremely rude and unprofessional, and I am frustrated that they sold all my personal information to such people. Would leave 0 stars if I could.
