Im not liable for this debt with foothill credit union. I do not have a collections contract with them. They did not provide me with the original contract as requested.Business response

I'm reporting the money that was taking from bank .I will like to be refund back because I only send 500 dollar to the person. I ask the bank if they will be able to refund the money that I lost. I was told I have to pay 25 dollar to dispute for each transaction. Unfortunately My daughter send the money she meet online that was planing to help her with music. Therefore the whole total ***** was gone from Foothill credit union bank without my knowledge. I tried contacting ******** they told me I have dispute the issue in order for me to get my refund back.Business response

Second, it seems the complainant use a third party **** app thus the dispute needs to be filed with them not Foothill. If account credentials are provided to any third party the dispute needs to be filed with that third party vendor.
