On September 19, 2023; I received a call from my brother in ******* stating he was contacted by a female who stated that I gave him as an "Emergency Contact" and she was calling regarding a "complaint" that I had made. She left no name only a phone number and case number CA1428349. He stated he called the number back from which she called as it was a 205 area code and it was a SPAM number. She left the phone number ************** and asked him to tell me to return the call. I returned the call and spoke to someone named ********* who stated she was calling from "Davis and Associates" about an account that I had with Drive Time. I told her that I did not have an account with Drive Time. She stated "Yes you did." I asked why she called my brother in Alabama? She stated they did a worldwide Government search and found his phone number so they called him because he is connected to me. I told her that I had not spoken to him in a long time and there are other local people connected to me that they did not contact. She said it was the "process server" in San Bernardino County who made that call. I asked her not to call again and that I did not have an account with Drive Time. She stated that they were going to call. She was very upset and screaming. I was trying to talk over her and then I just hung up. I called back and was told that this was the paralegal's office. I asked for the phone number to the ****************** (I was told I would be sued in court and they needed to serve me papers) I was transferred to someone who stated her name was *************************** and she was the Supervisor there in the ****************** I asked for the address and she gave me the address as I listed on the complaint. I went through the same conversation with her. I told her that I did not have an account with Drive Time and not to call again. She said I was getting irate and to hold on. She then said if I called again to have my attorney call for me. I hung up while she was still talking.Initial Complaint

April 7, 2022. $***** Since I believed what** ***** told me that day when I paid $***** for 5 hours with Attorney ***** ***** my daughter was asked to send casework/legal papers for ** *****' review. She did so and almost 2 weeks later a brief conference of 15 minutes was scheduled with ** ***** and my daughter.At that telephone conference with ** ***** my daughter said he was absolutely unfamiliar with the stage at which she was, even though all requested documents were received and ample time for his review or someone bringing him up to par. She told me he hadn't even reviewed her case She also said that he even lost his temper while speaking with her and asked her if she could have her court appointed attorney call him instead which didn't happen because it's not the policy of the SF CPS to confer with a non-appointed attorney on the case We were stuck We asked for a refund because we were misinformed by you that the $***** would give us/her 5 hours from ***** When I asked for my money back I was told no refunds My daughter lost her parental rights yesterday and I am insisting on my money back because of your law firms negligence to our Case. You took advantage of our panicked state of mind and we feel let down.
