I bought two Men's Slip and one Women's Belly Brace for a total of **** on 6/21/2021. The company ad states that the Men's Slip is made with materials that help improve symptoms of prostate enlargement using infrared radiation. However, after wearing the slip everyday, medical test results from 11/30/2021 showed that the condition worsened instead of improved. The belly brace was uncomfortable and caused skin allergies. It also did not show the benefits that the company claimed. I called Great Grace USA on 12/8/2021 to return the product since the products were ineffective. Representative ****** **** agreed to give me a full refund. I shipped the products back on 12/11/2021. The company received it on 12/13/2021 under USPS Tracking No XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I followed up with ****** **** on 12/17/2021 for a date we should expect a refund. He responded saying that he does not have an estimated date and that that I will just need to wait. ****** **** then changed his mind when I persisted and said that he will not provide me the refund because he will be giving the **** we paid for to his lawyer to resolve the issue. He told me that the lawyer costs **** an hour. I told him that I will just wait for him to give me the refund once it's been processed or return the product back to me. As of 1/15, I still have not received a refund and ****** **** has not responded to my messages.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/17) */ Mr. ***** ***** bought products at 06/21/21, returned after 6 months, and threatened us to refund immediately, so we gave his case to our attorney to handle. Please advice your Mr. ***** ***** that this is America, you should not threaten people at anytime.
