Brennan Law Firm has represented ** to file an eviction law suit in the ******** Court. They promised to have one their attorneys to contact us before the trial date, but to our great disappointment, no one from the law firm has ever called me back or emailed me in spite of my repeated phone calls and emails !Before the trial, they sent me a letter explaining that one of the better options to win the eviction was to have pre-trial documents ready, which would require additional payment of $ 2500.00.I sent in the payment, but never received any documents even though I kept asking for the copies. In fact, Brennan Law Firm had known that the Court would force plaintiff to settle with the defendant, and in this case, the ******** Court room did not even open the door for us and we were forced to settle in the corridor ! Since the pretrial documents have never been prepared, I demanded Brennan to refund me.However, I know they will probably just ignore me like their usual way of practice !I feel cheated, because I was misled to believe that paying for the additional documents would help me win the case ! Now I have lost the legal fees in addition to the loss of rent from eviction, which totaled more than $ ********* !
