I ordered a Small Sp5der ********************** Punk Hoodie Pink Hoodie from them on Black Friday Weekend (Nov. 27th 2022) for $225. I received the package December 12th and opened it later that night and saw it was the wrong item. They sent me the sweatpants to the set instead of the hoodie. I waited until the next day to contact them because it was already late and then I emailed them. It took a few email attempts for me to finally receive a return label (December 30th). I shipped the item back the next day and they received January 9th 2023. I waited a week for an update and didnt receive it so I emailed them which took me a couple more times to receive a response and then on January 23rd they sent me a tracking number (**********************) saying itll be shipped out the later that week and it wasnt. I waited until February 7th to email them again about an update on the order and never received a response. I emailed them again the next week and still received no response. Today I realized that the profile picture for their email was gone so I went onto my other email to see if they still had one, and they did, so I came to the conclusion that they had blocked or muted my emails. I tried emailing them today,February 28th, from my second email and about an hour later the profile picture was missing again and still received no response. I never emailed them the same email twice in one day or was rude so I dont know why they arent responding to my emails and still havent shipped out or refunded me what I bought even after I sent them back the item I didnt order. I lurches three items from pieces Mrkt on Wednesday 11/5/22, it's been a week now I have not received any updates to the tracking number they gave me , and now the order number they provide to the merchant can not be found as if the order was never placed, but I have documentation that shows my order was placed and paid for. Also another issue I noticed is that the address for this store is different from the address that it shows on website , the address listed on there Social media page is *********************************** trying to get this resolved as soon as possible, like I said I have not heard from the company since maybe you all can help me resolve this problem, I have seen numerous people having the same issue and not receiving their items.Business response

Order number #***** placed on Tue, May 17 2022, at around 12:43 noon. The amount of $748.17. I am cancelling my order. I have been constantly emailing them everyday to cancel my purchase. But nobody is answering me. I paid the shipping fee of $25.97 for 3 Business Days. They are a scam, I havent receive my package yet. I also called my credit card to Dispute this transaction. I really Hope you guys can help me resolve this problem. I just wanna cancel my order and get my money back, since i havent got the package that suppose to be here today friday may 20, 2022. I ordered that because it supposed to be birthday present today. But they messed it up. Nobody is giving me an update on whats going on with my order. So i want this order to be cancelled and i dont want it anymore. Thats it.Business response

But i checked the whole house the front door and the back door. There is no package at all. And even before they even shipped my package i already sent them an email that i want to cancel my package. Not once or twice but i have been consistently sending them an email. Business Response /* (1000, 21, 2022/07/27) */ The customer reached out through email asking if his package would arrive before Friday of the week they ordered. We stated that we need time to process the order and it would be shipped within 2-5 days for domestic. The customer then began to say that the package never came and was hostile. In this case we checked tracking numbers and order numbers to verify if that was correct. The tracking says delivered, and we have all the images to provide. Because he was threatening and cursing we informed our email team to not respond because of the nature of their responses. With this being said the package definitely arrived and we fulfilled the order as if it were any other. We take fulfillment as our biggest priority and most packages go out same or next day.
