Company has not honored its unconditional guarantee, found in the Returns and Shipping section of its website: "We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied please reach out to us by sending an email to: *******************." I am not 100% satisfied, and the "100%" provision, applicable to less than "entire" satisfaction for "any reason", does not disclose that customers must pay return shipping. ELSEWHERE in the Returns and Shipping information is a more restrictive provision (customer pays return shipping), but it's specifically applicable to dissatisfaction related to ODOR: "100 Day Odor-Free Gaurantee (sic) Within 100 days of receiving your Nutrl towels, if you ever have an odor-related issue simply send back the items that you want to return and we will replace them or refund the amount you paid for the item. You will just have to pay the cost of shipping the product(s) back to us."I was dissatisfied with the flimsiness of the hand towels I purchased, and the fact that, being so thin, they became saturated with a single use, and thus useless for subsequent uses over the course of the day. (As I informed the CEO, the average, inexpensive dish towel serves the purposes of a hand towel far better.) Merchant has refunded the $113 purchase price, but not the $17.90 in return postage (including insurance). I want that refunded to me.Finally: The shipping (to me) was free, but merchant doesn't disclose that it uses ******. Their shipping is atrocious. Its tracking information is unreliable and inaccurate, compared to ****. And,********* drivers -- who don't have access to locked apartment lobbies such as mine -- don't even ring the bell to see if we're home (thus eliminating the need to leave the item outdoors, prone to weather and theft) . . . or to let us know they've BEEN there! (Unlike the old saw, "You get what you pay for", this is a case of getting LESS!)Business response

Box address to which I should return the product. Attached is the **** tracking information showing that it was delivered there on August 22nd, and began its journey back to me on September 12th, after being Unclaimed! Also see attached image of the parcel.
