      I ordered a Mothers Day gift the Monday before Mothers Day and payed ***** to have it delivered the Saturday before Mothers Day. It didnt get delivered until the Monday after Mothers Day. I have tried to contact them to discuss a partial adjustment so the shipping charge. The only response I get is that they have created a ticket.

      Client also filed a charged back with the payment processor PayPal. PayPal considered our service is reasonable and award ** with the winning. Unfortunately, this the final resolution. Please reach out to the shipping company *** for resolution since we ship it out on time.

      I am rejecting this response because: I payed ***** for shipping and the company said it would be there before Mothers Day.  It wasnt!  So quit playing he said she said and refund my shipping cost.

      My boyfriend bought me anniversary flowers from this shop. It cost about 500$ dollars. Their website declared that they have special delivery and will delivered on time, every time. Thus, we paid the very expensive fee, like 20$. However, it delayed for like 3 days and missed my anniversary at all. I reached out to their customer service, like a live chat with agent online. The first time she said will give me the refund that they didn't do until now, also I let them know that if the flowers arrived late, I don't want it anymore since they guarantee that will be delivered on time. and second time they told me they aggressively asked ups and let me contact them when I received the flowers, they will provide me more information. When I got the flowers and contact them again, they didn't reply me at all and close the chat directly. Also not answer the phone call and not reply emails. This is very rude and I feel like I am be tricked. So I want them refund my delivery fee and 20% flower price.
