            March 28th,2022, we sent pictures of the broken stucco by our entrance door caused by the excessive water leakage from the air conditioning unit that is above our porch light which has not been fixed. This was reported over 8 months ago. The stucco has continued to peel and has only gotten worse since first reporting due to us using the air conditioner throughout the summer. Since the building was built in ****, are we sure that there isn't asbestos or lead? Are we able to have copies of the test completed, as you know we have an emotional support animal that is often in the patio and we do not want to expose her to anything harmful.

            Horrible experience with Fertig & Gordon, in which I witnessed falsification of my maintenance log, in efforts for company to align with Slumlord Owner! I had to utilize the health department to educate personal on code compliance for my housing & other's. From my personal experience, staff appeared to lack education to various commercial (apartment complex) housing procedures, housing/tenants rights and other. I noticed disregard towards others basic housing rights in many ways with misleading information being offered per staff. I witnessed harrassment to low income covid 19 impacted household. Poor collaboration and communication when needed per personal, issues with security deposit. Low cost repairs with excessive amount of waiting time including plumbing from my experience. * little about my experience in which I feel blessed to have moved on from horrible experience.
