      Order # BS202480985 placed July 30, 2024 for a Blast Quick Access Carry On Travel Backpack, Black Medium. Website stated that item could be returned for full refund.I received the item but it does not suit my purposes.On August 20, 2024, I emailed the company per their website instructions to request return authorization and return instructions. On the same date, I received an email that stated: "Your request (*****) has been received and is being checked by our support staff." I HAVE RECEIVED NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION FROM BAGSMART REGARDING MY RETURN REQUEST DESPITE EMAILING THEM AGAIN TWICE AGAIN TO INQUIRE OF STATUS on August 22, 2024 and August 24, 2024.I expect to return the item for refund as advertised. I am disappointed in the difficulty of the return procedures and the total failure of customer support to respond in a timely manner. While the product is fine (it just does not suit my specific need), I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AS ITS RETURN PROCESS IS DIFFICULT AND MISREPRESENTED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT RESPONSIVE

      My daughter was leaving for college and ordered a bookbag from their site which was to arrive before she left for college, which is 500 miles away from home. The bag didn't come. She had to go to her college and buy another one. Days after she left, the original bag from Bagsmart finally showed up. I immediately reached out to return it. I never even opened the package. They responded to my first email saying they would ask that I keep it and they will credit $8. That is unacceptable as the bag was $45 and we wanted a full refund. Since then, they will not respond to me with an address to ship the bag. I've emailed at least 10 times, they just refuse to respond. I'm not asking for a lot, I just want to get my money back and send this bag back that hasn't even been opened.

      I purchased the The Wanderland Bonchemin 15.6 Inch Campus Backpack from the website bagsmart.com on August 1, 2024. The order number is #BS202481369. The subtotal was $37.99 plus $8.00 for 2 - 7 business day shipping ($45.99 total). The tracking number for DHL ecommerce is #****************. Their website says "Your package experienced a delay while in transit to you. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Kindly contact the merchant from whom you purchased your items to discuss the matter. Thank you for your patience as we work with the merchant to resolve the reason for the delay." I contacted the merchant by email on August 10, 2024, and an acknowledgement email was received on Monday, August 12. The email from ****** (support) ********************************** stated "This is to acknowledge that I have read your email.I will contact the logistics regarding your concern. Once an update is obtained I will contact you and relay the update. Please give us at least ***** hours." I contacted them again on August 16 and August 21, 2024. I have not received a response, and I would like my money refunded.

      Details of the Transaction:Order Date: July 1, 2024 Order #BS202475393 Product: Blast Quick Access Carry On Travel Backpack Delivery Date: July 9, 2024 Return Request Date: July 25, 2024 Cost of Requested Return: $102.68 Issue:According to BAGSMART's return policy, customers have ********************************************************* exchange. I followed this policy and submitted my return request on July 25, 2024, well within the 30-day window. On August 1, 2024, I received a response from BAGSMART asking me to explain the reason for the return. I replied to this email within 6 hours, on the same day, providing the requested information.Since my response on August 1, I have not received any further communication from BAGSMART regarding my return request. Despite sending five follow-up emails asking for a status update, I have received no reply.Resolution Sought:I am requesting that BAGSMART honor their return policy and promptly provide me with the necessary instructions or approval to return the product. Additionally, I expect a full refund for the purchase once the return is processed. I also request that they improve their customer service response times to prevent future issues for other customers.

      I ordered a bag from BAGSMART (Order #BS202478073) and it went through an APP called shop. I have ordered many things through SHOP. When I received the confirmation of the order being placed I saw that my order was going to an old address and not my current address.I contacted BAGSMART customer service and it took two days for a reply. The reply I received was sorry we can't change anything it is out of our hands. What kind of reply is that. I have contacted FED EX and they are unable to change the address either because of the budget service BAGSMART uses for their shipments. Nuts. I have contacted the customer service several times and btw email is only way to get in touch with them. I have read your refund policy wow what a joke it's like almost impossible to return something and get a refund. This is why I don't use outside sources other than AMAZON - they are quick with shipping offer refunds and exchanges that they pay for. It is very disappointing to have a company a smaller business react just a small business - no help no offer of help just "I am sorry this is an inconvenience"

      I purchased 2 items from Bagsmart thru their website. Website says returns within 30 days. I received items on Dec 17. Items (travel bags) were too small so I returned them. I emailed company for return specifics, gave them my order number. I complied with requirements and sent my return thru **** on 1/8/24 to the address in ******** that I was given by customer service at **********************. I spent $10 to return the items. I tracked my item thru **** and found out the item was delivered on 1/11/24 to the stated address. I still have no refund and all emails that I have sent to customer service at ********************** go unanswered. The total amount I am out is $48.58. Its not a huge amount but I would like to alert others to this scam!
