When i went into StorAmerica the first time I was greeted by *** a lady they had working at the front desk that day. I went in the office with a guy that took me because he gave me a ride. I did not have an ID card it was being processed at the time by the *** and so I had to get my mothers ID and have her sign the paperwork she was in the car and she could not get out because she was disabled at the time *** took the signed form and a photo copy of my mothers ID and she should have it there on file she did mention that she was going to take ****'s information which she should not have but she did and he was just standing there telling her about his property and he could put it up as collateral I did not understand what he was saying or doing but i had given her the papers that my mother signed and she threw those away and took his papers that he had signed and when she gave me the paperwork I was under the impression that my name or my mothers name was listed on the account along with his because she said i had to have TWO people sign that day! and i did sign. and they've been lying to me and misleading me from day one! first she told me it would only be ***** a month she didn't tell me about the protection plan she didn't tell me about the lock price and she didn't tell me about any other included payments or prices.
