Caltric took money from my Debit Card. I was making a legitimate purchase for 4X4 axles. I had four charges for $2.99, $2.95, $9.95 and $2.78. After I cancelled my card, I called again to order axles for my four *******. Again the same four charges came up on my card. My card was cancelled again. My bank has taken on the position of contesting the charges.Review from Mellissa B

0 STARS! This company is fraudulent! Charged the wrong amount according to their website! How can a company have 3 different state addresses? Billing says one place, corporate address is in another but then the cheap parts are sent from another state on the other side of the nation?! I try to call 6 different numbers. Cant leave a message at most of the phone numbers found, left a message finally at one of the numbers and guess what! No response back! I just want to send the junk back and get a return!Review from Gary T

This is an underpinnable company. I bought a battery from them, I made around 4 to 5 months to install as it was winter time and I wasn't going to ride in my four *******. When I went to install it, I took the plastic wrapping off of it and that's why I noticed it was damaged. I installed it anyway hoping it would be okay. It was not as the damage escalated and then you could see the battery acid leaking out of it. I told these people about it, they said the warranty was out. I responded with, it was not a warranty issue, it was a damaged issue. Needless to say, they wouldn't take it back and replace the battery. So, they just stole $55.06 from me. It appears as my credit card company and **** will let them get away with it. So, do yourself a favor and buy a different brand battery as I did.Review from Dave H

Wrong parts sent. No reply on questions for a replacement. Another order, they emailed me a shipping confirmation, I visit the **** tracking page and it says the item hasn't shipped 11 days after I received the shipping email. ****************Review from Christopher W

This company keeps sending me the wrong parts and when I try to contact them to send me the correct part I won't hear from them for days sometimes a week after I email them. Their toll free number is disconnected and they won't pick up the phone listed on the BBB site. I just want the correct part. Don't buy from them directly, worst decision I have made so far.Review from Kyle L

Junk parts.... Stay away from Caltric!! Should be zero stars. I previously have purchased parts from them until now. I purchased a Sea Doo 4tec oil pump, with in 5 minutes of run time, testing in the driveway, the gear spun on the shaft which starved the engine of oil and lightly seized engine. The gear is pressed onto shaft and is never to move but it failed. It damaged all the rod bearings and main bearings. I asked Caltric for $300 dollars for the cost of the parts and I would eat the labor cost with is about $800. After many many many emails and pictures of everything they did nothing. They also said warranty was up after ****************************************** 5 days after I received and installed pump, then they drug it out that long...They offer me $20 partial refund???Review from LORI R

I ordered 2 Riding steering for Lawnmowers I only received 1 I contacted the seller the seller responded to send pictures of what was received and of the box I sent the pictures as requested the seller responded that they did not receive the pictures to send the pictures again I sent the pictures again as requested the seller responded by stating that they still hadn't received any pictures and to send the pictures again I have sent the pictures again I looked up the reviews on this company the reviews are negative and this company also has complaints with BBB I hope by leaving this review/ complaint that other people will not lose their money with this ScammerReview from Steve S

Horrible company. I ordered a battery claimed to be compatible with ***** V1759C2 and V1750C2F. I also purchased a battery charger from Harbor Freight. It held a charge for 4 days. Thinking I had done something wrong. I repeated the procedure several times and came to the conclusion that the battery was defective. I contacted Caltric and Amazon. Amazon was willing to work with me and contacted the company. They wanted details of the purchase which I provided. Then they requested info I never received. I contacted Amazon again and they agreed. Eventually, Caltric informs me that I waited more than 30 days to report. ************* Stay away!THANK GOODNESS AMAZON REFUNDED MY MONEY!Review from Daniel M

This company is an absolute scam. The contact phone number they have on the website is disconnected, they sent me missing parts after a purchase on Amazon and the problem I am having with them is very common. This is a fly by night company with no customer support, no phone number, and you just have to hope they send you the correct part with nothing missing. The should be shut down.
