I renewed ********* for ******* The service they provide is a digital picture frame, generally for people who are not computer savvy, that allows one to share photos. I've been having difficulty downloading/uploading pictures and have had one heck of time trying to get in contact with someone. My first phone call was in early ********* never heard back from them so I sent an email *********** Called again in ******** ******* exact date) and again ********* The phone recording refers to their having resolved their technical issues.....enter your number and your call will be returned, you won't lose you place in the queue. I've done that to no avail. I've called*************** and **************. I've left ******** at the ***** number. This is the first time I've not been able to reach someone, I've probably sought their assistance a handful of times over the years. I'm paying for a service that I can't use and would simply like to resolve the issue, I'm sure it's a simple **** I just can't figure it out.
