I went to her to get my bridge done and a couple of other thing they deemed necessary. They pulled on tooth that there was nothing wrong with shaved down to others and made me a mold for future needs. My bridge broke due to faulty installation and after some time. I went to get it repaired and they told me they no longer had the mold and that their prices went up. After I already paid $8,600.00 dollars and I did not want the one tooth pulled and 9 years ½ later here I am no teeth and they also said they repaired it which is a lie.Business response

Patient came in in January of 2017 because he was missing some front teeth and had two other front teeth that were loose. He wanted the loose teeth extracted, and a bridge done, which we completed in February of 2017. He was charged $5,564.98 for the six-unit bridge and the extractions. Following that appointment, we did not see him for the following 6 years for any check ups, cleanings or maintenance appointments. He came in in May of 2023 with scrapes on his chin and lips, likely due to trauma, and a broken bridge, and infected tooth underneath the bridge. He wanted us to “use the old mold” and make him a new bridge for free. We informed him that he first needs to get a root canal on the infected tooth, and then we will need to reprep the teeth for a new bridge, since the position of the teeth has changed. We also do not keep any old models or molds in this office, and there is no warranty on any work after 5 years, especially when there’s trauma involved. I have X-rays and time stamped notes, on all of this as well if it is needed.
