I had my taxes prepared by this company and was told I could make payments to the IRS instead of paying the entire taxes due. I have done this the past few years as I am elderly and on a fixed income. My bank account was overdrawn because the company paid the IRS the entire amount due on 4/15/2024. I made several attempts to speak to the preparer, Trina but no one would give the her my message. My daughter tried calling and emailing but the error was never addressed. This has caused great stress for me and I would like for them to reverse the mistake that the office or the preparer made.Business response

I have three signed pages that authorize for the withdrawal of the funds on 04/15/2024. I efile the return the way the customer wants and signs for.
I even gave her a 50% discount on her tax preparation. It was never my intent to her her like she says.
