On 12/14/23, I paid $480 for a pre-paid, 10-session package of body contouring services. I paid directly via Apple Cash to *******, the business owner, through iMessage (her cell number is ************).I had my first session on 12/22/23, second session on 1/17/24, third on 1/29/24, fourth on 2/27/24, fifth on 3/6/24, and sixth on 3/12/24. With four sessions left in my pre-paid package, I continued to attempt to schedule subsequent sessions. However, the business owner eventually stopped responding to my texts. On 4/15/24, the business owner texted me to schedule my next session (#6). I responded the same day and asked when she had time available the following week. She did not respond, so I followed up 2 weeks later with another text on 4/29/24. She did not respond until 2.5 weeks later on 5/16/24. She asked to schedule me next week. I responded that same day, but she did not reply. I followed up with another text on 5/29/24 - I received no response. I followed up again with another text on 5/31/24 - no response. That was the last time I reached out and I have not heard back from her.I have 4 sessions left in my 10-session package that I have PRE PAID for, and therefore should be receiving the service for. I demand the business owner to take responsibility and refund me the cost of these remaining sessions. Business owner is still actively marketing her services and trying to sell more packages on her business IG page, while ignoring my text messages.Initial Complaint

I booked an appointment with **** through Instagram on June 2nd for two appointments for body sculpting on July 10th and 17th. I paid for the services in full ($100) because that is what she asked to do before securing a date/time with her. I never got a confirmation message leading up to my appointment. I showed up to my appointment at the date and time that we both agreed on and she wasnt there. I called/messaged her no reply. An hour and a half later she replies stating she had me down for a different time and continues to apologize and offers a free service. I declined the offer and told her I would be more comfortable with a full refund for the inconvenience. She read my message and refused to reply. I messaged her 3 times in a span of two weeks! Finally I get a reply with her saying she was busy and asked for my number to reimburse me in which I respond with my phone number. She then reads that message and never sent me my refund. I am unsure how many times she has done this with her clients but this is unacceptable. I tried to issue a dispute and my bank declined the claim. Its been a hassle trying to get her to respond when she claims to be busy but is seen to be active on her accounts.
