***** care *** has failed to pay for two separate services that are covered and were provided via a referral from my contracted dentist. The uncovered amount is $1500 and my dentist office has submitted multiple claims and appeals to try and get them to pay their portion. I have called delta care 10+ times and never get the same answer about why the claim has not been paid. They then said I could file an appeal but have me the wrong number. So when I actually appealed on my own they immediately denies it saying it had been too long even though it was only 5 days later. My delta dental ID is ************. This plan is offered through ***************** and my dental provider is Gentle Dental ******* Center.Initial Complaint

This particular was my mother dental plan year 2021. We didn't receive a renewal notice and the charges still continue thru this year..I have contacted them to cancel and reimburse all past payments taken from my account and they said they have no recollection of this account but yet they continue taken payments...don't they suppose to send you a renewal notice
