I am writing hoping you can help me please, we had a reservation at your location located at ************* ***** ******* ********** upon arriving in our room we found the bathroom to be infested with ants, I then proceeded to work with *** who made an attempt to give me a new room the room he offered *** was a smokers room and stunk so bad we could not sleep there, we then went back to room *** and deep cleaned the ants as much as we could, we got literally no sleep due ants crawling on the bed, I spoke with *** and he said he would arrange for a new room sunday morning. We checked out ***** you told us we would probably have to wait to check in till 3 but maybe could be early as we had an event to get ready for, I called at ***** ish and was told room was not ready, I called back **** ish asking if we could check in as we had event ************************ to get ready for told again room not ready. I spoke with *** the evening before regarding a refund due to the *********** of ***** he gave me the card attached and told me i would need to call ********** to help assist with the refund. After not being able to return to our room in a timley manner we had no choice but get another hotel room to get ready for our event. ********** and I worked ********** with ***** to try and get a compromise of a partial refund to satsify our concerns as we had to wash all our clothes since some ants had got into our belongings. After 3 attempts with 2 ********* reps I tried to to call ***** to work out a plan for a partial refund to make things right, he told me I was telling stories, that I never called the hotel and that *** never gave me a card, which I have provided a copy of the card in the email it was off the card holder at the right end of your check in counter. I find it very ************* and ************* that this kind of behavior is allowed and that your staff would treat people with so much disrespect and rudeness to ********* call me a **** and hang up.
