      Ordered shoes on January 9, paid $74.93. Shoes are too big. I demonstrated with photos how big they were although I used their size chart to order. Online response was "The return postage is not worth it to you. We recommend that you keep your order and give it to a friend. Of course. As compensation, we will provide you with a $30 coupon, you could reorder."

      Purchased a pair of boots off of Gracelook website and they are the not the quality as shown in the picture. They are not leather, has a very strong chemical odor and a zipper in the back thats not on the online picture. The heels are made out of vinyl, the boots are flimsy with a bent in toe plus theyre not even the correct size. They stated on website you have 7 days to return. I started the return the next day I received the order, theyve given me the run around stating that its too expensive to return to the Chinese warehouse, to keep the boot and receive a discount off next order. I never have intentions of ever ordering again. No where in the return policy states the postage return fee paid by consumer or that it would be returned to a Chinese warehouse.

      Ordered on 10/21/22 On 10/24/22, they emailed me that an item wasnt in stock and wanted me to pick a different item. After telling them everyday for a week that I did not want anything else, I cancelled the order (10/30/22). On 11/1/22. They shipped the order anyways without the out of stock item. They said they would issue me a refund. I requested my refund several times and they have failed to provided it. I also requested to return the other items, but they would not respond. They advertise returns, but they will not let me return or even issue me a credit for the item they did not have.

      Ordered a pair of boots and they are nothing like what the website shows tried multiple times to send back but they are giving me the run around. The first picture is the website the next 8s what I received as you can clearly see they are not the same

      Sept 5 2023 $147.29 Received confirmation e-mail Same day.Sept 11 - Received email from "*********************" *********************************** however, the e-mail was not professional, and was signed ****:Dear ****************** Were sorry to apologize for the inconvenience.Sorry to tell you that the item01739803C_Shoes_White out of stock.Could you please change another style?And we sincerely believe nothing can be a problem with communication.Thank you for your understanding in advance.Looking forward to your reply.Yours,**** My responding e-mail stated I did not want another product and requested a refund for the shoes that could not be sent.They then emailed me:Dear customer,Were sorry to apologize for the inconvenience.If you agree change another item, we will give you a $15 coupon Looking forward to your reply.Yours,***** My responding e-mail was to request a full refund as I found their e-mails appeared fraudulent and stated my next steps would be reporting my concerns and calling my credit card company to report the purchase as a scam.

      I purchased a pair of boots from this company. The boots advertised and the boots received were in sharp contrast! The boots pictured and described were a soft, sturdy, well constructed, brown leather boot. What I received was a pair of flimsy faux leather boots - not even close to what they were advertising. I googled the address on the box where they had been shipped from and got a phone number. I called the number and got a generic voicemail. I left a message stating I had received the boots and they were not what I ordered and wanted to return them for a refund. I never heard from anyone. I have attached pictures of the shipping label, the boots advertised, and the boots received.

      I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online and got at least one size larger than the one ordered. I contacted them and they asked me to send pictures. I did, and as you can see in the attachment, I did not only took the ones that clearly show the size is 38 (not 37), but also a measuring tape to show the real size of the shoes (at least, 2 sizes larger). I have sent the pictures repeatedly and they claim not to get them, so I am still waiting for a response--and REFUND. The shoes are worthless to me. I show with my own foot how large they are. It is astonishing that they would, first, ask me to send pictures to prove that the size is different from what I ordered (don't they know what they sent?) Second, that they claim not to have received the pictures of the shoes, which clearly show they are much larger and size 38, when I ordered 37.

      Hi, I purchased a pair of shoes via Instagram from Gracelook. If only I had checked the company out first! Argh. ******* Gracelook shoes to see what I mean.)The shoes the sent me were vastly inferior to the shoes in the picture and they didn't fit. I told them they were the wrong size and even if I got the correct size they would hurt my feet (which is true) so I wanted a full refund. I've attached the email chain rather than retyping everything here.Please let me know if you'd like any pictures.Please advise!Thanks, ***** I am attaching the email exchange.

      12/26/22 Their description leather boots with a picture of them looking worn. The ones arent leather. Cheap looking and not even the same brown color, Id like to get the $65.93 refund back. It also took a month for them to come in.
