      i am so upset! i think Zeraclub is a scam business! i ordered boots last week, they were quick to take my $109, never got a confirmation and emailed them through ******** and email asking they call me and no response. i will be putting in a dispute with my bank to get my money back. they make it impossible to talk to a live person and i explained i am disabled and its challenging for me to continue to type in my concerns only to receive no reply! SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN!!! they take your money and then nothing!

      the shoes do not look like the listing. i included a picture of the boots as well as the picture from the listing for comparison. the boots i received have a fold on the heel which is not included on the listing picture. the heel fold is also poor craftsmanship making the shoe worth much less than y'all are selling it for. Also the boot is not vintage looking like the listing shows. The boot I received has more of a bright coloring and not a darker duller ***** like the listing photo.I simply want to return my order and receive a refund. I do not want store credit or a percentage off. The store is not my speed and I would not be able to purchase anything else as I was specifically in the market for leopard print cowboy boots.

      Ordered boots online based on sellers size chart. I ordered size 13 Seller sent size 12 BOOT SIZE IS STAMPED 43 ON BOTTOM. The seller's size chart claims 43 is a 12 THE SIZE IS WAY OFF AS WELL. I WEAR US size 11. A TRUE 12 SHOULD BE LARGE ON ME. I sized up. I got size 43 instead of a 44 Boots THIS BOOT WAS NARROW AND TINY as well. I have ordered many boots this year from other companies, all size 13 and are large so I can wear a sock and never had any problems with other companies. They have My money and I dont have a pair of Boots I can wear!Seller did not send packing slip and boots were cheaply packed folded over as well as wrong size.I sent email asking for return, PHOTOS OF ORDER WITH BOOTS, THEIR SIZE CHART. I asked for return label. Sellers RESPONDED by STALLING WANTING PHOTO! A photo of what? It doesn't even make sense. Item is not damaged! It is the Wrong size!

      I placed an order with zeraclub clothing company on Jan 29th 2024 for 3 pairs of shoes totalling ******. The estimated delivery time between 7 to 14 days. I received the products 5 days ago only, after filing a complaint with PayPal credit and sending Zeraclub an email complaining that I have not received the products. When I received the shoes, they were cheap looking abd they do not fit properly. I sent an email immediately again to both paypal and zeraclub complaining about the products and I demanded a refund and an address to ship them to. I attached pictures, per zeraclub request, to show how they don't fit. Zeraclub kept assuring me that they will resolve problem, until I received their email today "Hi there, sorry , these items look like the same as our ad , we couldnot refund you but we could give you a 40% discount code , and long term effetive Yours, **** Why do I want to buy anymore from this company??!! Zeraclub didn't give me option of an address to return products to, even if it's in *****, I would have sent it back, atleadt I will get sone of my money back. Please help me resolve this issue so no one falls in the ***** companies scam and buy cheap non refundable products. Please make sure that all ******* companies have a return address in US in order to protect the American consumers, and clearly say on their website No Refunds or Exchange, instead of giving false advertisement and promises. Thank you

      I purchased 5 pairs of shoes and 4 of the 5 are no where near the correct US sizing. They refuse to refund me or take the shoes back. They are brand new and never worn. Two of the five do not look anything like they do online the quality is terrible. I sent them a complaint and they have yet to reply.

      I have contacted the company by email several times since January 20, **** regarding boots I ordered. I was not sent what I ordered. According to the return policy, I only have 7 days to make the return. Instead of sending me the address to send the boots back to and explaining the return process, I am sent emails every night telling me to "give the boots to a friend as a gift" or that returning the boots isn't worth the shipping fee, etc. I've asked to speak to a supervisor. I've tried everything. This seems like a game to them. I attached a pic of what I ordered. I did not get these boots.

      I placed an order on 12/12 as of 12/22 my order has not shipped. A label has been created a week ago but not received by **** I have sent severalemails asking for a firm ship and delivery date and have not received the information. As of today they gave not responded to my past 3-4 emails. I want the product or a full refund. .

      I purchased a pair of boots that were too tight around my calves. The day I received them, I immediately reached out to company (they have a 30 day return policy). I have received nothing but the runaround about did I use the size chart to measure-which I did (they do NOT have a size chart for your calves). I even ordered a size up just in case. Then they wanted photos, which I sent. Now I am being told that the return is not worth it too me and that I should keep the item and give as a gift and they will offer my a $15 coupon. This company is a joke and should not be allowed to do business in *****************. All I want is to return the boots that don't fit and get a refund like the return policy states.

      My boyfriend purchased boots for me a few weeks back. We were on vacation when they were finally delivered. Upon receiving them, we noticed they are two totally different boots. From the straps,heels,zippers,studs, even sizing they are wrong. They are not leather, they are cheap. This is not what I ordered. After numerous emails and messenger messaging they will not make it right. I want my money back or the boots,as advertised.
