Saw Cristian Sierra, 10-11-23 as new patient for front right incisor. We agreed to half mouth cleaned & crown. Appt 10-17-23, I paid $695.90 that ins didn't cover. In cleaning, I winced, got shots in buccal. I winced, burning on buccal side. He needlessly injected hard palate - painful, like pulling my face off. He told me it'd hurt as if he wanted max physical & mental/emotional harm. Trans papillary injections are safer & better for my sensation. I didn't show pain. I was afraid. Put temp crown & said main crown by nxt appt. Went back 2nd time that day, temp crown loose. He ripped it out hurting & leaving burrs in gums, cut me. Was promised crown by 10-31-23. Next 14 days saw bubble of dying tissue behind front teeth, dead tissue bottom frnt teeth & swelling. Returned call 10-30-23, & said I’d come for crown & necrosis/pain, but too damaged for cleaning. Tracy called to say I'd owe $50 for cxl of "service" & was their policy. It's not. The cxl policy I signed doesn't say"cancellation," "notice" or "services” in it. I disputed fee. I didn't want to cx my appt. I repeatedly said I'd keep appt & asked fee waived. She said No & BTW, my crown wasn't ready. I asked why I wasn't told. Many phone calls while at work. I asked questions, she asked Dr & called back becoming hostile. I wanted to talk to Dr, she said "No, I'll ask him & call back." The interference of comm & negligence, w/ the hostility alarmed me. I felt unsafe & asked Dr call me for options & refund. I was told no and got no call. I called everyday. Never got a call. On 4th day, Tracy wouldn't let me talk to anyone re: necrosis, only take message and btw, crown's ready. Asked for refund or crown mailed. I wasn't rude, but she hung up on me. The failure of crown & intimidating behavior of staff to interfere with future appts left unfinished. It's physical, emotional, mental, & financial strain. Lost time, $695.90 & no crown. They sent discharge letter they considered care terminated by me as of 11-01-23.
