      I placed an order for a T-Shirt on December 12, 2022. In May of 2023 I realized I never got the shirt, so I emailed the company for a refund. They responded saying they refunded me and id see the money within a couple days. It is now October 2023 and I still have not received the shirt or a refund.

      Submitted tshirt order on 12/17/22 via Tee Herivar’s website and paid $28.90 using debit card. Received email confirming my order. On 1/11/23, I sent an email asking for status of order, and received response that shirt had been manufactured and was finally ready to ship. I was to allow a few days for delivery. It is now 2/4/23 and I have not received the shirt, they are asking me for more information/stalling, and they still have my funds. They clearly had no intention of sending me the shirt I ordered. The charge in my account simply referred to them as MA, LTD.

      My complaint against Teeherivar is because I purchased several t-shirts from the company, and my siblings bank card was charged on either 9/3/22 or 9/6/22 for the amount of $103.69. When placing the order, I entered my email address to receive an email confirmation of the order, and I never received an email confirmation. I never received my order, until I complained by emailing the company’s customer service about nonreceipt of my order. I stated in my emails, in which a copy would be provided for the Better Business Bureau to witness that I did state that since I never received the order to go ahead and cancel the order, along with providing a refund. Such a request was made in my first email sent to “Teeherivar” customer service team, and it was disregarded, in which the company went ahead and not provide a refund, but instead sent out a replacement order. My intention was not to open the package and refuse it. The package was accidentally opened by the person whose name is the recipient on the package, but I was still allowed to refuse the package by the United States Postal Service. A photo is provided of the package which also shows the tracking number of the package.

      Todays date= 09-AUG-2022 Ordered a T-Shirt on July 12. 2022. On July 13 the company collected money from our bank account via debit card. We have not received the item and contacting the company via email gets us the run around. We have contacted our bank which suggested we call. We did and got a voicemail. They contacted me via text and said they would have a solution soon and that was yesterday. They fraudulently collected funds for the item not delivered.

      I have placed an order for a T-Shirt on March 10th 2022 for the amount $31.90 USD and never received item, I have sent numerous emails and they respond through another company ( HEBECARES ) and when I contact this ‘’ other’’ company the say they no longer offer customer service for TEE HERIVAR, There is no customer service at TEE HERIVAR , I would appreciate any help with getting my money back, I have all emails exchanged between me and this company Regards, B***** *******
