I purchased a gun on 12/28/23 @ 4:03 pm.. we carried it to the end to do the paperwork for the 10 day waiting period.. I paid ******* fir the gun.. I went back on the 7th of January at 4:25 pm to pick up the gun , we finished the paperwork and opened the box.. it was the wrong gun , I told them there and took home on a sunday.. I was told to call back tomorrow when the bosses would be there.. I called back and asked if we could look at the security footage and was told that person won't be back for a few days. I called again and got the run around and finally received a call back and was told that they LOST the security footage ??? It's a law that they keep that footage for a year for many reason... I told them I just want it made right but was given the run around?? That's why I'm contacting you guys.. the gun I thought I was buying or thought I was buying must of had the wrong tag on it and was switched after I left to a different gun that matched it.. they changed it and said they lost the security footage to cover it up.. it's not right , just want what I paid for or change the hand guards to what I want and I'll keep this one?? I tried working with them but won't answer now.. they are shady crooks.. please help... even had to re-do the paperwork when I picked up the gun , there's won't match my original one I have..
